程建军男、汉族、教授，工学博士，山东沂水人，1957年8月生，中共党员。在华南理工大学建筑学院建筑历史与理论专业任教，现任建筑学院中国建筑研究室主任。1978年9月至1982年7月在山东建筑工程学院工业与民用建筑专业(本科)学习(获工学学士学位)，1984年9月至1987年7月在华南理工大学建筑历史与理论专业攻读硕士学位(获工学硕士学位)，1994年4月至1997年3月在华南理工大学建筑历史与理论专业攻读博士学位(获工学博士学位)。1998年至2001年多次被邀至澳大利亚、意大利、英国和香港等国家和地区讲学。
2000年3月被聘为教授，2001年3月被评聘为博士导师，1992年开始享受政府特殊津贴。曾任建筑学系副主任。兼任中国建筑学会史学分会理事，广东省环境艺术委员会委员，《华中建筑》编委，《古建园林技术》编委。 1996年被评为广州市先进文物保护工作者。长期从事建筑历史和理论的教学和科研。研究方向是传统建筑保护修缮、传统建筑设计及其理论。在古建筑保护、修缮技术与传统设计方面有较深的造诣。先后参加和主持了科研项目8项，其中"中国古代建筑设计理论研究"项目获国家教委科技进步三等奖。在《新建筑》、《华中建筑》、《城市规划汇刊》、《古建园林技术》、《考古与文物》等刊物发表论文50篇，主要论文有《压白尺法初探》、《古建筑修建理论研究》、《南海神庙大殿复原研究》。先后出版了《风水与建筑》，专著，江西科技出版社，1992；《中国古代建筑与周易哲学》、专著，吉林教育出版社，1991《CHINESEFENCSHUICOMPASS》，专著，江西科技出版社，1998；《中国风水罗盘》，江西科技出版社、1999；《岭南古代大式殿堂建筑构架研究》，中国建筑工业出版社，2002；合著《中国建筑艺术史》，文物出版社，2000；《中国传统建筑》，中国建筑工业出版社，1991；参编《中外名建筑鉴赏》，同济大学出版社，1997；《广州
大百科全书》，广东人民出版社，1996。主持了广州光孝寺、广州南海神庙等国家级、省市级等四十多项文物建筑保护修缮工程。 主讲中国建筑史、历史建筑测绘、古建筑保护与修缮、中国建筑与文化、现代与传统建筑设计等课程。指导过硕士研究生．16名，博士生3名。
2、副董事长龙辉先生：
龙辉，1960年7月生于江西省赣州市，现任深圳市南山天后博物馆馆长、深圳市南山民俗艺术馆馆长、中华妈祖文化交流协会常务理事，深圳南山妈祖研究会会长。近年来参与编纂出版目前世界上最大的百科全书《续修四库全书》。
2002年5月在北京人民大会堂受到李 瑞环等中央领导的亲切接见。同时在堪舆学界泰斗李定信先生的启蒙下，对堪舆学进行研究，在香港《风水天地》等报刊发表有关风水方面的文章。先后陪同台湾风水大师蔡少豪、马来西亚风水师叶清海等百余风水界同仁考察西安、天水、北京、新宾、韶山、广元等地风水。著有《客舟听雨》、《在妈祖身边的岁月》和书法集《龙辉隶书千字文》《箴言》《天后传》等.

A Brief Introduction to Vice Board Director
Chen Jianjun
Mr. Chen Jianjun, male, Chinese Han nationality, doctor of engineering
science, born in August, 1957, Yishui, Shangdong Province, is
presently teaching in South China Institute of Technology and
is the dean of Chinese Architecture Institute. Between Sept. 1978
and Jul. 1982, he studied in Shangdong Construction Engineering
University, awarded Master's Degree in Engineering science. From
April 1994 to March 1997, he studied in South China Institute
of Technology, majoring in Architecture History and Theory, awarded
Doctor's Degree in engineering science. He had been invited to
Australia, Italy, Britain and Chinese Hong Kong to instruct and
lecture between 1998 and 2001. He was entitled professor in March
2003 and doctor tutor in March 2001. He has been the owner of
the Government Special Allowance since 1992. He was the vice dean
of Architecture Dept. and the director of the subcommittee of
China Construction Association, the committee editor of Mid-China
Construction and Ancient Building & Gardens. He has been engaged
in the study and research of construction history and theory,
with his major focus on the conservation and remedy of ancient
buildings as well as the traditional construction designing and
the related theory. He has attained great achievements and accomplishments
in such field and chaired more than eight scientific projects
concerning his major, among which his "Research on Chinese
Ancient Building Designing Theory" won the 3rd prize for
the National Educational Committee's Science Progress. He has
had fifty essays and articles issued and published in such magazines
as New Construction, Mid-China Construction, The Collection of
City Programming, Ancient Gardens Technology, Archaeology and
Cultural Relic. His major essays involve A Textual Research on
YaBaiChi Law, A Research of the Building Theory of Ancient Construct,
A Research on the Reversion of Nanhai General Temple. His works
include Fengshui and Construction by Jiangxi Science and Technology
Press in 1992, Chinese Ancient Building and Zhouyi Philosophy
by Jilin Educational Press in 1991, Chinese Fengshui Compass by
Jiangxi Science and Technology Press in 1999, Research on the
Framework of Great Temple in the South of the Five Ridges by China
Construction Industry Press in 2002. His works in collaboration
with other authors include Chinese Architecture History by Relic
Press in 2000, Chinese Traditional Construction by China Construction
Industry Press in 1991. Besides, he has participated in the edition
of The Appreciation of Famous Buildings Home and Abroad by Tongji
University Press in 1997, Guangzhou Encyclopedia by Guangdone
People's Press in 1996. He was in charge of the rebounding of
Guangxian Temple in Guangzhou, Nanhai Fane and the conservation
of more than forty relic and historical constructions. His courses
consist in History of Chinese Construction, Mapping and Surveying
of Historical Building, Protection and Rebounding of Ancient Building,
Chinese Construction and Culture, Modern and Traditional Construction
Designing. He has instructed sixteen masters and three doctors.

LongHui
LongHui, born in July 1967, Ganzhou city, Jiangxi Province,
is now the dean of Shengzhen Nanshan Folk-Custom Museum. Mr. Long
has been engaged in the edition and publication of the greatest
encyclopedia in the world named The Continuation to Imperial Collection
of Four.
LongHui was interviewed kindly by Mr. Li RuiHuan and other Central
Party leaders in the Great Hall People's Congress in May 2002.
With the enlightenment of the leading scholar in investigation
and surveying field, Mr. Li DinXin, He has had many essays concerning
Fengshui study published in Hong Kong's Fengshui Horizon. He has
accompanied Fengshui Master Cai ShaoHao from Taiwan, Ye QingHai
from Malaysia and other colleagues to investigate and inspect
Xi'an, Tianshui, Beijing, XinBin, Shaoshan, Guangyuan and other
cities of geomantic omen. His works consist of Listening to Rain
on the Hakka Boat and calligraphy book Thousand-Word Official
Script by LongHui, etc.
